Our Key Motivations

Two major factors motivated Modesty Real Estate. It all started with the desire to reduce the rate of land scamming. Lots of cases are being recorded of persons losing their hard earned money to fraudsters which could have being avoided with the right expertise knowledge and guidance. This spur the desire to build a company that helps clients to get it right from the beginning on lands, buildings and real estate investments.

Another major motivation is the fact that through real estate investments, generational and sustainable wealth can be created. The strong desire to reduce the rate of poverty birthed Modesty Real Estate.

Modesty Real Estate Ltd is a real estate company registered with the Federal Republic of Nigeria with RC Number 2020039. Our mandate is simply to help our clients become land and home owners with ease and to help our clients build wealth through real estate by providing verified and secured real estate investment offers and guiding them in real estate investments.

And over the years, this mandate is being achieved. By providing real estate guidance, education and consultancy, we have assisted several investors in beginning their journey in real estate, avoiding land scamming and disputes and increasing their wealth portfolio through real estate investments.
